The Sierra Nevada Lodge is located on Old Mammoth Road in the heart of the town. We rate this as a 4 star hotel without the 4 star prices. The hotel is the newest addition to Mammoth so it features all new rooms, lobby bar and a good morning breakfast buffet. Or you can opt for their gourmet breakfast if "grab and go" isn't your style. There are three restaurants on premises making it the only property with such a wide variety of dining; Rafters, an elegant upscale restaurant features fine dining and a bar that always has music or sports playing. Jimmy's, a Greek Taverna named after the owner which features fresh fish cooked the Mediterranean way, and Red Lantern with upscale Chinese cuisine. Rooms are typically hotel, with some having kitchenettes, fireplaces. For a larger family, request one of their eight chalets which have multiple bedrooms and full kitchens.
